We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products purchased through our website. Once an order has been placed and delivered, it is considered final.

Please review product descriptions, specifications, sizing, and images carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about a product, feel free to contact our customer support team before making your purchase.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

After reviewing your request, we may offer a store credit, or another suitable resolution at our sole discretion.

Orders may only be cancelled in 24 hours  after placing the order. Once an order has been processed or shipped it cannot be cancelled.

As we do not accept returns, refunds are generally not available. Refunds will only be considered in cases where:

• An item is unavailable after your order has been placed.
• A duplicate payment has been successfully processed.
• A refund is required under applicable consumer protection laws.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within the applicable processing time of the payment provider.
